The thing is, the animated trailer was trying to show what the movie was going to be about (a boy who finds a lamp and a genie, then wishes to be prince, while the live action movie was trying to show all the different characters to show how similar it was going to be to the live action. Not to mention that the animated was made in 1992, so they didn't really have very good trailers back then anyway: )

You know what else I noticed that was different? Aladdin not wearing the Prince Ali hat during the magic carpet ride. I guess he already reveals himself before they take on a whole new world in this upcoming version.

Im mad about the new trailer in the 90s one they are mostly white but in this they are almost all black I would be fine with this but its going off script by making the characters look like that

The 1992 Original is the Best. Robin Williams set the bar to high to be replaced. even for Will Smith can't compare. sorry Will Smith Fan's. can't top the original Genie.
