In my opinion a very bad list, let me fix it (including magical weapons):
15. Dizzy. She is young, weak and inexperienced.
14. Doug. He has courage but he lacks like everything.
13. Chad with a sword. Chad is a formidable swordsman. He is a craven but far from weak.
12. Lonnie with a sword. She is a very good sword fighter but shes an Auradon kid what makes her in my opinion weaker
11. Ben in his monster form. This version of him is ferocious and strong. But hes still the kind Ben.
10. Gil with a sword. He is an isle kid what boosted his ranking. His brute power is impressive but he lacks cunning.
9. Harry with hook and sword. Hes smart, strong and a swordsman through and trough.
8. Celia. Her Shadow powers are impressive but her feats arent that much and shes young.
7. Jane with her mothers wand. She will one day be as strong as her mother with wand. But that still wouldnt make her stronger than the rest.
6. Uma with her necklace and a sword. Shes a powerful sea witch and a good fighter but she cant rival with the rest.
5. Audrey with Maleficients scepter. She can cast spells and everything but the og Vks are simply stronger.
(Little side note: The talismans are tools created by the magic that couldnt get into the isle. It manifested as four weapons(the golden staff, the poison apple, the dragons egg and the ring of envy. If used the Vks will lose their empathy and become worse than their parents. If used together, the talismans will defeat good once and for all what is in my opinion a good reason to put their holders and spots 1, 2, 3, 4)
4. Jay with the staff and a sword. The muscles and the swordsman of the group, physically no one can rival him. With the Serpent staff he got in the second book, he became more deadly because the staff lives and can transform.
3. Evie with her talisman, a sword and potions. Evie is a good sword fighter but what makes her a real threat is her set of potions and her talisman. She can do anything with the potions and her talisman is an apple that takes her kindness and gives her every power she wants.
2. Carlos with his talisman and a sword. Hes young, weak and the worst swordsman of the group. But he still made it this far. Thats because of his talisman, a eing which gives him the power to control everybody.
1. Mal with the ember and her talisman. Mal is a good swordsman but she doesnt need one with her powers. Without and of the both items she could open the barrier. Her dragon form isnt bad too.

Mal is the daughter of Maleficent and Hades but that doesn't make her the strongest character. She was the one that said: We are not our parents! Mal is good now and she would never use her mother's sceptre because it's full of black magic. I think Uma deserves to be the strongest character. Mal can transform into a dragon, but Uma can transform into a huge octopus. Also both Mal and Uma can use spells. And about Hades, he has a stone that can do some things. He was the one that said that the stone won't do everything for Mal so she's not that powerful. And you'll say: Yeah, but at least she can use it and do magic etc. But what she does is like spells so. By the way I think Mal and Uma are at the same level. That's my personal opinion!

Like descendents 3 my favorite songs for that movie is night falls one kiss and queen of mean and my favorite part is when Uma transform into Ursula's tanikles and when mal as a dragon was battleing Audrey and when Audrey sing happy birthday and creepy screams and laughs and when Evie say oh my gosh in night falls between mal and uma what's your favorite descendents 3 character my favorite characters are Evie Uma hades ben Audrey Carlos and Mal
