Interesting powers! I have a couple of ideas as well.
Snow White: Happiness Manipulation because she is always cheery, hopeful and finds the positive in every situation. The song With a Smile and a Song makes me think this will be a great superpower for her. Being positive is her way of coping with the dangers that surround her life, thus Happiness Manipulation will help her not fight villains, but rather help people cope with difficult situation by seeing the positive or help them do the Next Right Thing as Anna would put it.
Cinderella: I was thinking telekinetic powers since her situation kind of reminds me of Matilda and Harry Potter and both have powers or magic that they do with their mind (well, when Harry is older, he uses a wand. Creating multiple versions of herself would also be sweet I got that idea from a deleted scene.
Aurora: Definitely something with dreams. Perhaps dream manipulation, she can create, shape, enter and manipulate her dreams and other people's dreams. She would be able to bestow good dreams or nightmares to others and sometimes it even extends to the real world, such as if someone is wounded in a dream, the wound appears in real life as well.
Ariel: Mermaid powers. maybe, the ability to breath underwater, talking to fish, fast swimming thermoendurance, superhuman durability enhanced vision etc.
Belle: She loves to read and has gained a significant amount of intelligence over the years due to her love of books. It also provided her with an elevated vocabulary, an active imagination, and an open mind. She is curious and wants to know how things work. I think super speed knowledge (the user can gain any kind of knowledge quickly) or encyclopedic knowledge would be cool for Belle. I also think creating portals into books or other worlds would be cool because she wants adventure in the great wide somewhere.
Jasmine: The ability to know when someone is lying or can't be trusted. Extra-Sensory Perception can also be a sub-power, when she physically touches people, she is able to see what nefarious acts they have committed, and she is also able to sense possible future danger.
Pocahontas: Wind manipulation powers or something nature related because she is in tune with nature along with it's spirits and the song Colours of the Wind automatically make me think wind powers would be perfect for her.
Mulan: Because she doesn't necessarily use brute strength to fight, I think combat perception would be cool. It's power to understand how others think and fight and is a variation of telepathy. Basically, being able to predict what a person's next move will be.
Tiana: I am thinking similar powers as Julieta Madrigal form Encanto. She can heal people with her cooking; when a hurt or sick person eats food cooked by her, they are healed instantly.
Rapunzel: She has two powers the power to heal people and the power of decay. I think those are neat and I will keep that for her. A different one would also be creating portal paintings, when she paints a place, she can step through and end up in the place. She can also create her own world.
Merida: The power to never miss her target. She needs to picture the target and think of it. Once she lets go of the arrow, it automatically hits whoever she thought of (the person has to be close enough though, she has to be able to see the person. even just a silhouette of the person works) The power to see and change the future, to avoid fate is also a contender
Elsa: She already has ice powers and the ability to see moments in time.
Anna: I think she would have super strength, after all it had to take a large amount of strength to wack marshmallow in the face with a pine tree and punch Hans so hard he fell overboard. I think also super speed might be another option because she is quite energetic and a fast talker. She also got engaged to someone very quickly, which just shows that she likes to do things fast.
Moana: She is seen to have a strong bond with water and controls it at times, so water manipulation is the power she receives. Since water has memories, I guess it would be cool to see the past as well.
Raya: She was raised to protect the Dragon Gem and was taught how to fight. I think enhanced fighting would be great for her.

One thing for sure If I had the power to control time I would use it for good reasons and Go Back in time to the 1860s and visit my 4x great grandparents and Uncles and aunts and cousins and my 3x great grandparents and I would also go back to the 1770s and 1780s and visit my 6x and 5x great grandparents and uncles and aunts but I would also go back to The 1950s when my paternal grandmother was born and visit and meet my great uncle Rodney and meet her Aunts and Uncles and meet her Grandfather

Missed Snow White's most amazing special magical power--watch the movie again and pay attention to what happens when Snow White makes a wish. The first wish is that her true love will find her today. The last wish, just before the apple, was all jumbled up about her prince finding her and taking her to his castle. Since Snow White was in an apple-induced coma that was dispelled by Love's First Kiss, her wish was granted immediately from her viewpoint.

The Disney Princesses are fine the way they are power or no power they are perfect just the way they are, And you can't change that. They don't all need a certain power for this reason it shows still strong, brave and fine without a certain power this encourages people they can do anything they set their mind to even if people say no when they don't need Magic or a power
