you know what im tired of everyone shitting on Leto for one role lmao. so he was weird and a little outrageous with the role. move on. all actors have that one or a couple bad roles they didn't nail or aren't proud of. I also don't think Leto did a bad job being the joker, I just think no one was expecting that kind of portrayal of sort of a gangster joker, was it the best? no, but the film over all was kind of a mess lol. and Leto is an amazing talent. I will say Phoenix's joker movie was AMAZING, a great film. however, I think it was so serious and dark IDK if his take on the joker would mesh well with any future DC, batman, or joker movies. Ledger was able to have a perfect fix of the darkness and the funny moments you'd expect from a crazy clown. I do think Leto wants to move on from the role and separate so I think regardless they would need to find a new person to play the joker.

My junior year in high school I got to meet Jared Leto. His band 30 Seconds to Mars was opening up for Chevelle and Taproot (still my favorite band. They played at a relatively small venue and were just starting to find success, so it was very easy to approach them. Jared hung outside with me and my buddy for an hour after the show, even helped introduce me to Taproot. At the time i didn't know he was an actor, just thought he was a young singer trying to make it. Wasn't until years later i learned that the dude I was watching in movies hung out with us in a parking lot in Portland, Maine. So maybe i am a bit biased, but i adored his joker performance.

In my opinion birds of prey was bad, because all men were incompitant in it and birds of prey feels like a rushed superhero film, it's weird how somebody of margot robbbies size could defeat even a SINGLE really tough man, i liked the design of harley quinn in it but the story line wasnt very good, and the cops were dumb in it to, irl cops would know how to deal with that but the movie is just meant to be girl power but most girls don't seem to care about it, keep in mind this is just my opinion, also where the hell was batman in it?

Honestly, Mr. Phoenix was good, just Jared was the best. I want a Harley Quinn and Joker movie where they go back to being the King and Queen of Gotham City but where Joker isnt the only one getting credit. Maybe Harley Quinn and the Joker could be partners

Jared did a great job just a version no one expected. The way he was used in suicide squad didn't help him at all and needs another chance. A serious one
