Hey u rEly got a point there. Like if Moana is a direct descendant of Te Fiti or the representation of Te Fiti herself, zat wud explain zat song. Te Fiti created all forms of life. If Moana= Te Fiti, the ocean and living beings as her kids wud help each other to pacify their mom. Actually theres another Easter egg. The second time Maui throws Moana off her boat ( XD LOL ) you can see a carving of squirt the turtle on the side of the boat. I guess Disney Just cant get enough squirt.
