Anna and Elsa almost weren't supposed to be sisters in the first place. Anna was a peasant who asked Elsa (The evil Snow Queen) to freeze her broken heart. Elsa was refered as the villain many times before the creators realized that she was going through a difficult time. Which she was in Frozen. Oh, and Olaf was supposed to be a penguin instead of a Snowman. Hard to imagine.
