They may look glamorous, but the costumes these actors wore were anything but. Some of your favorite characters from movies sport complex and eye catching costumes that look amazing. However, the reality of wearing such elaborate costumes becomes clear when you hear the stories shared by some of the actors that had to wear them. From your favorite superhero suits such as SpiderMan, Irony Man, and Black Panther, to the motion capture suits behind CGI characters such as The Beast, these are the suits that were the biggest pain to wear. When you hear what it was like, youll have a whole new perspective on what it takes to create your favorite characters. Complications include discomfort, extreme heat and dehydration, not being able to breathe, and even mental torture. Its a far cry from the picture perfect, confident heroes we see on screen. You would never know it unless they told you. But actors such as Robert Downey Jr, Tom Holland and Chadwick Boseman all had uncomfortable experiences with their super hero outfits. It speaks to who they are that they worked through the discomfort and pain to bring us the characters we know and love. After all, it takes strong people to make strong characters.
