The greatest heist is done but the journey to bring the final part of Money Heist to the screen was anything but simple! Perhaps the most impressive aspect of their heist is the fact that it is completely possible to pull off not such great news for the Bank of Spain. Not to mention the fact that literally, no one knew how the whole series would end until the last hour of filming since the writers were still figuring it out themselves! Some of the tricker days on set included filming on an oil rig in the Canary Islands, while dressed in warm clothing more appropriate for Nordic temperatures and a drone that took a dive into a river! The work for the production team was endless. They literally buried treasure underneath a full house, made real explosions, and flooded an entire set. No one could enter the scene without getting totally soaked then they decided to film actors smoking in the rain! It sounds impossible, but the production team and some clever art directors made it work. The amount of love between the cast and crew members of this show was extremely special and we can see just how much fun they all had in the Hake scene. The actors really let loose, drinking whiskey and partying on set. Of course, there is the iconic kiss that just breaks our hearts. As for getting into their characters, the actors used a variety of methods from walking on a treadmill while doing script work, painting, listening to specific music, and using pictures as inspiration. The passion and work put into Money Heist made for a pretty special wrapup to this epic series

Through the new episodes, Alicias endgame evolves. She feels immense guilt over not being as excited for the birth of her daughter as the events of the heist overshadow everything. On top of it all, her credibility has been torn to shreds. It is a delight to watch Nimri slowly unravel Alicias human side while she still keeps her eye on the prize. And watching The Professor tiptoe around that is one of the series most interesting interactions to date.

Gutted that Money Heist has ended but to be honest. I dont think I could handle all the cliffhangers, hidden plans, twists and turns anymore! Absolutely fascinating and brilliant cast, wicked performances, sharp writing, excellent concept and a real celebration of great television! The gang will be missed!
