Since he was teased more than Beta Ray Bill, seeing where Adam will actually appear first, Thor or Guardians 3? Really, wouldn't it be more due to taking place after the blip, since Cassie aged! That comment wasn't too bright, unless Cassie suffered from a certain condition, this was going to happen.
And if described that way, while he has turned out to be better than he was, could definitely do better than Zac Efron, at least for Adam. That would have been something then if instead of Tony recruited Peter in the MCU, it would have been Rini, especially given their shared interests; mentoring her would have made more sense.
Tony gave up after being punched by Carol since that is what knocked out means, that is very unlikely! And if Franklin does show up, then why not Valeria as well? While seeing Miles would be great, the one from Spiderman 2099 would be even better. And if branching out and exploring things that haven't been covered in their movies yet, not exactly a rebirth.

Besides obvious X-Men and Fantastic 4, in MCU I want to see The Sentry, Gladiator, Blue Marvel, Hyperion, The Silver Surfer, Nova, Starbrand, Quasar, Red Hulk, Elektra, Adam Warlock, The Champion, Worldbreaker Hulk, and She-Hulk.
As for villains I would love to see Amora the Enchantress(Thor villain, The Wrecking Crew(Thor villains)Deathbird, cant wait to see christian bale as Gorr the god butcher, Galactus, Venom, Carnage, Magneto, Dr. Doom done right, Shuma-Gorath(Dr. Strange Villain, Mephisto, I want Thanos back at least later with all comic abilities, M. O. D. O. K(Cap villain, the Leader(Hulk villain, Kraven the Hunter, the Grey Gargoyle(Thor villain I think, the Mandarin(Iron Man villain, Shang Chi, Iron Fist possibly, and even Wolverine hates him, a better version of Apocalypse, and Mangog.

If Shamiek Moore could come back to play Miles in live action, that would be pretty cool, cause he did a really could job bringing the character to life.
I'd also really like to see Dafne Keen come back to play Laura Kinney - maybe this time taking on the Wolverine mantle - and I really want to see Honey Badger in the MCU.

GAMBIT! Ffs! He has an awesome backstory, an interesting set of powers, Nick Fury famously said -Gambit is one of the deadliest hand to hand fighters that I-ve ever seen-, and he is a complex character in terms of personality! Also Carnage (but any movie with Carnage would have to have an R rating.
