Yeah the problem with bouncy boy's origin is from what they say he drink I assumed someone was trying to recreate plastic man. The problem is that bouncing boy while he's fairly good at using his round shape and ability to bounce he's not imaginative enough when it comes to how he can use the powers without becoming a ball. And that assumes that he can use his powers without becoming involved. He's shown the ability to expand into seemingly contract though I don't know if he's shown the ability to get smaller than his normal human body.

The character power I don-t understand have to constantly think about is Spider-Man wall crawling like it works on his hands but how does it work on his shoes

Or how fast can the Incredible Hulk body heal and adapt since it let him breathe in space and underwater

The fact that they both can run so fast it breaks the sound barrier is weird.
