#1 for sure. I really think Black Adam is as much a threat as any evil powerhouse. Mongul for sure! Eclipso and Trigon as well. The common factor here is magic. Which is why Zeus gets #2 in my book against Clark. But whos to say a fully powered Trigon can be bested by any one opponent? Lucifer Morningstar? But I am picking DC powerful counters to Superman. not really Superman villains.

really. super boy prime at 5. he murdered like 50 heroes and it took 5 kryptonias and the whole gem lantern Corp to just tap him in a red sun. and the sun is doing the most work.
