Scarlet Witch actual form (Elder Goddes of Chaos) is by far the most powerful magic user in Marvel. I mean let's be honest, before this new form, she could be able to do the HOM events(altered the whole reality, release the chaos wave that affected even the omniverse, no more mutants) with just a fraction of Chaos Magic. Right now, she has full potential (100%) and infinite knowledge from Chaos Magic cause she has absorbed Chton itself (an elder god level) and the Darkhold. Right now she's just too overpowered and unstoppable, NO ONE from this list has even a minimun change to go against her. PERIODTT.

Not really sure HOW Clea is the Sorcerer Supreme of the Earth dimension considering she's NOT from Earth realm (or whatever you want to call it) or even BORN OF IT. . Plus strange is SUPPOSED to be immortal anyway (old line, from way back, from meeting eternity PLUS there was the whole -war of the seven spheres-.
Really it makes NO SENSE at all, except trying to -try something new-.

Demiurge Billy is destined to become the god of magic. He doesn-t just use magic, he IS magic in a sense. So when he gets to that level he-s easily number 1. After that I would say that the #2/3/4 spots go to Scarlet Witch, Dr. Strange, & Dr. Doom. Arguments can be made for each of these to move around these numbers although where they are is close to where I would put them.

My favorite Marvel Magic Users are Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch hands down and I really can't wait to see them together in Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness Benedict Cumberbatch is fantastic as Doctor Strange and Elizabeth Olsen is amazing as Scarlet Witch.

While Regular Dr Strange is the most powerful and best magical combatant, Black Priest Strange is the most powerful.
I know he-s the 616 Dr Strange, but that version of him is the most powerful we-ve seen.

To me currently wanda is number one with all her buffs and upgrades. but on consistency strange is the most powerful. I mean he is supreme afterall.
