Red Sonja would be a fun bit to put in a movie, especially if MJ still has the ability to control her super powered self. She may even like the dark influence and have to master it (or at least she believes she's mastered it. This would be a great way to stir some conflict betwixt Peter and MJ, especially as it could be seen as MJ trying to be someone other than who she is in order for her to be Peter's equal, only to find out who she actually is is all Peter needs.
And throw Black Cat in there, because who better to be stopped by Peter and MJ while stealing from a museum, and of course to stir up conflict between them.

red sonja and spiderman have teamed up in later storys as well. I think it was great idea and should do more. Mj as a super heroine sounds cool. But dynamite comics are doing her. But she complete different with out her goddess blessing. Batman and spiderman have teamed up before. But in same universe were everbody knows each other and not in ther separate multiverses. Funny how you thought that one day that D C and marvel might team up. I was thinking that the other day. It's got to spiderman and batman. -

Also do you REALLY want to cosplay in Red Sonja's chain mail 'bikini'? Even Sonja said it was uncomfortable and impractical (which is why in later appearances, she's wearing something else)
The chain mail top she wore in Barry Smith's Song Of Red Sonja was more sensible.

Another crazy weird team up is Spidey & Dr. Doom in Marvel Team up #43 (part of time story. Also Spidey & Satanna to save Dr. Strange. Spidey & Man-Thing, team up#68 ( a fantastic story but weird) against a great demon, D'yspare. And, Spidey with Howard the Duck in Howard the Duck #1.

I'm surprised you didn't mention the 1981 sequel Superman and Spider-Man. And that one they team up against Dr. Doom and the Parasite, it even has cameos by Wonder Woman and the Hulk.
