I had no idea all these snacks were the unhealthiest. I have ritz and twix cookie dough at home. All the food on this list is so good. It hard not to eat too much of them. I've never seen ritz with The Simpsons edition. That's cool! And I've seen that twix commercial. Thank you for all the information about these snacks, Patrick Mealy. Also, I've seen Are We Done Yet!

All these foods never leave you satisfied or full, but just wanting more. Why do you think there's an obesity epidemic unlike anything we've ever seen? Why doesn't the FDA do their job? Much of the crap food we enjoy, would have different ingredients in other countries, but we're allowed to put whatever chemicals and crap in ours foods and beverages.

I never thought about how much product placement is put into our films and TV shows. They practicaly shove junk food down our throats. Personally, I'd rather drink while watching a movie or tv show, then eat shitty snacks.

Crazy stuff. Pastured lard and butter are the best for us. It's the processed sugar and seed oils that cause inflammation which than causes high cholesterol. Cholesterol is used by the body to protect from inflammation.

Lays is probably the worst brand name potato chip, and I don't just mean the lack of nutritional value, but its taste and texture. Hands down the best brand of potato chips is Cape Cod chips.

Here in Scotland you can get deep fried Mars Bars at fish and chip shops. Pretty sure those are more unhealthy than all of these.

Ritz bits crackers and cheese are my go to at walmart i buy 7 or more boxes but due to my severe celiac disease it makes me very sick.
