Homelander is definitely arguably more evil than Omni-Man due to not having a conscience or remorse for his atrocities, usually finding pleasure in his awful actions, whilst despite Nolan s atrocities as a Viltrimite Conquerer, his time on Earth did give him a slight sense of humanity and remorse. Especially when it came to his remorse about almost killing his son, Invincible/ Mark in battle for the fate of Earth. Whilst, Compared to Homelander s sense of twisted pleasure to his actions, Nolan see his actions as more as a duty to behold, instead of leisurely activity. Although in a fight, Nolan without a doubt would destroy Homelander due to his centuries of battle experience and the fact that Viltrimite s get increasingly stronger as they age.

This is like comparing Pre-Crisis Superman with Post-Crisis Superman. Pre-Crisis Superman would juggle planets for fun, would fly faster than light across the universe to get his Best Pal Jimmy Olson alien take out for lunch, and casually fly backwards through time because he wanted to go on two different dates with Lois Lane and Lana Lang at the same time. While Post-Crisis Super couldn't even survive in the vacuum of space!
Omniman is so far above Homelander that it isn't even fair to compare them.

One thing that makes Omni-Man a better character than Homelander in my eyes is that Nolan goes beyond just being a what if Superman wasn t a goody goody boy scout! character
He has his own arc, has his own unique setting and has his own epic quotes

Omni-Man is far superior and its not close. His back story actually has purpose and the undertones of why he does the sadistic things he does makes more sense. but i really hope we get a plane or crowd fatality for homelander in MK1

You forgot to mention that an entire planet is in Omni Man's kill count. The advanced alien invaders that Omni Man annihilated to keep them from attacking earth. So his kill count is in the millions, if not billions.
