For people and you Watchmojo who don't know, if you read the prequel graphic novel to Godzilla vs Kong, Godzilla Dominion Scylla grew tired of following Godzilla's rules so she decided not to follow his rules anymore. She attacks a nuclear sub to contain her hunger and Godzilla realizes if she eats it she will destroy the entire ecosystem of humans and nature so they duke it out. Then she escapes Godzilla's wrath and then later in the prequel novel to GxK: The New Empire, Godzilla x Kong: The Hunted, she changes her color from brown and grey to red, to state herself as the alpha titan and Godzilla knows she is a Destroyer Titan so he had enough of her and she decided to terminate this octopus/crab spider-thing.
Another thing is that Tiamat faced Godzilla before. In Godzilla Dominion, the G-Man was about to head back to his old lair from which he was forced away by his old rival, one of the members of the Great Apes before he faced Kong. He calls to hear if his old enemy is still there but it turns out he was already died, and Tiamat is now in his old territory. She gives Godzilla good money but he is able to defeat her by stomping his foot onto her 3 times and roars at her to submit and she does and swam off to find another new home. We don't know why he went after Tiamat to kill her and take her powers but she's also considered a Destroyer just like Scylla and he decided to end her too because he figured she may pose a threat too. And that is how she meets her end in the clutches of Godzilla.

Honestly, there were too many awesome moments in this movie. But some of my favorites are when Godzilla and Kong fight in Egypt and watching Kong trying to tell Godzilla was pretty funny. Also seeing the interactions between Kong and Suko was just amazing. And seeing Godzilla, Kong, Mothra, and even Suko team up to take on Scar King and Shimo was so awesome and full of badass moments. And even the human story in this movie is good too. I will say, I wasn't expecting Mothra to be in the movie at all. And when I saw her show up, I was in both shock and awe as I saw her show up, and it was so beautiful. And to top it off, Godzilla sleeping in the Rome Colosseum after his first fight and at the end was so cute and adorable. He's just like a cat. And speaking of those scenes, the director was inspired by his real life cat doing that. That alone makes it even more awesome and cute. It is an awesome time to be a Godzilla fan this year.

One of my favorite scenes from that movie was when Kong first showed up where the other apes and one of the enforces got in Kong's face. The enforcement was growling and snarling and kung's face and just one punch knocked the involves out. Which showed Tom was not someone to trifle with.
Another one was actually in the mid Battle of the Brazil where Kong punched scar King and made him lose a tooth, which actually was reflected when Kong in the beginning of the movie had a get his tooth replaced which Scott King pointed out the fact and laughed about it when they first met. Karma
Another good scene is when Kong gathered the hyena like kaiju's to eat and his tooth was bothering him, the lizard Kaiju that people nickname Doug was trying to steal some of Kong's food.

Hopefully the next movie won’t be like this one didn’t care this year because I didn’t like the trailer I didn’t want to see a movie I know it wouldn’t like the next one Sounds like it’s going to be more interesting with it being more serious and tone hopefully and having a personal story with Godzilla hopefully they’ll make that one like the Avengers: Endgame and make it the grand finale

Godzilla's pulse attack in France was a classic Godzilla moment.
Loved every scene with Kong and Suko developing a father-son relationship. I thought I would hate the idea of a mini Kong but it was phenomenal.
Godzilla and Mothra's reunion was beautiful.
This movie had it all and I love it to death.

I really loved this movie. I expected to be disappointed in it (I am a HUGE Godzilla fan from way back, but I wasn't-it was a fun film. It could have done without profanity, but sadly in the world we live in, it is a rare movie that doesn't have vulgar language

I the Kong and Suko moments. Both of them form an alliance and I enjoyed their scenes. Another scene that nearly brought tears to my eyes was when Kong signed to Jia I lost home. Man, that hit hard. The New Empire is a great film.

I am genuinely astonished that yall didnt put in the moment when Kong dropped that one ape that was yelling at him when he first got to scar kings slaery spot. that was the funniest thing ive seen in any of these movies.

They missed a golden opportunity to show off big G's gravity defying drop kick. Cheesy as hell but people would have burned the theaters down in a crazed fit seeing that being incorporated in a serious and practical film.

My Favorite part was Egypt Godzilla winning again and then before Godzilla tried to kill Kong again Mothra came to save him and tell her King that he needs your help and you 2 need to squash your beef

I loved it very much. Godzilla x Kong is one of the best Monsterverse movies and best movies of 2024 so far. I loved Godzilla and Kong vs Skar King and Shimo.

Super Charged Godzilla charging up his atomic breath was my fav scene of the movie. The pink really added onto the scene because of how unique it made it look.
