So, we're really not gonna add Acnologia from Fairy Tail. He was able to absorb/eat all magic thrown at him, both bodies (dragon and human/soul) were at full ability during that final battle even though they were separated from the other, and he literally ATE a riff in time that no one else could touch without being locked away. It took the magic of EVERYONE in Fiore, a whole continent) to even lock away his dragon form to give the dragon slayers even a chance with his human form.

Im glad Medaka Box still gets admiration, and then when Anti-Spiral at number 1, yeah, this list understood the assignment. Because, i know it was almost Medaka but Kumagawa always would had still been S-tier Abnormal. Also, im still disappointed no Medaka Box 3. its a freaking shame

It's worth mentioning that Meruem in HxH was so overpowered to the story's narrative, that the author had to defeat him by a nuclear explosion that poisoned him to death because he couldn't think of any way for him to be defeated.

You forgot to mention that Blackbeard through the Yami Yami No Mi fruit can neutralize the abilities of any other Devil Fruit users which he used successfully on Ace, Luffy and Boa Hancock at different times.
