Alex, when you bought the suit you are wearing in video, maybe you were lighter in weight.
The sleeves appear very small in width and length, button appears strained on front panels, coat looks uncomfortable, shoulders bulge beyond the tip of sleeve, etc. In every movement, the suit should follow and be comfy. Maybe this is a party suit. A professional tailored suit, one has to visit the tailor for measurements. At least 30 measurements of body is suffice. Just sayin.

You-re making one the biggest mistakes in wearing a suit, with the bottom of your shirt and belt being visible under your suit jacket which draws attention to your crotch which is disadvantageous when wearing a suit. Your trousers should sit higher at your natural waist line so the shirt is not visible underneath where the jacket splits at your belt. This will create a nice seamless look.

I bought several suits from Indochino. They are nowhere near well tailored suits. They provide a good base (especially if you-re looking for feature you won-t find on a rack) but their tailoring is sub par. I always have to take mine to my tailor (after Indochino-s tailor tried to fix their mess ups) to get the look I am going for.

FAD: new men-s suits that fit as tight as a shrunken T-shirt, the armpits are higher, the top of the pants are so low that the necktie has to be 6- longer to cover the shirt show-through; pant legs so skin tight they wrinkle! If it wasn-t a fad, NO MAN WOULD BUY ONE OF THESE Suits. This is my opinion.

2 things about this video:
1- my turtleneck is too thick for this suit. I grabbed the wrong one to shoot the talking part of this video. That makes my jacket look too small for me. SUIT MISTAKE!
2- not being political with the thumbnail. President Trump-s ties are just always too long: )

litterally the suit is all bunched around your arms. This is horrible. Just because you have some muscle doesn't mean you need to waer a xxs suit. Wear a tank top if u want to show off muscle, wear a suit to be a stylish and professionals.

I look up to you Alex for dressing hacks, but don't tell me about getting your suit tailored wearing that undersized jacket. No offense but we can tell your shoulders are way broader than the jacket's.

In my opinion, the black color is customarily associated with suits for the simple reason that it is inherently more dressy. So, does that mean I should wear a black belt with any suit?

Before 2000s men suits were baggy and oversized. Now suits are mostly slim fit. Both are good as long as it suits your body type well. However, I prefer to wear regular fit suits.

Shirt without tie but I use middles to maintain the collar smooth and neat. Ah, I just wear classic suits. One needs to know what is good from fashion and what is not.

I had the best tailor but now she works for Louis Vuitton. She made me look like anyone. Man has to have two great helpers: a good barber and a good tailor.

Rule about buttoning the bottom button should be abolished and removed (and we should forget about king Edward VII. I'll fasten bottom button.

My favorite look is dark blue shirt, black vest, dark blue jacket. I like ties, but I kind of avoid them for the reasons you mentioned.

Biggest mistake you can make would be wearing a DW like the guy that made this. Nothing says class like wearing a $2 watch.
reply

A smart watch is perfectly fine with a suit. honestly in a professional setting it makes you look even more professional.

His suit jacket is too small. Shoulders fit incorrectly and he should be able to button his jacket with some room left.
reply

you gotta check with your tailor. all those muscles should be kept to a minimum and so are those sleeve crimping

Three was a time I used one. Now I do not care. T-shirt and jeans makes me happy: . Never the less it looks good
