I-m 13 and I already have abs, it takes a lot of time and yes I do it at home and I was very skinny to begin with and now I-m getting better and I don-t get as sick as I used to before

Let me tell you a fact, abs only look better on a person if he's got a good chest. Just like the thumbnail.
