I-m not so sure that a 4-5 second silence is a bad thing. I study journalism and they say that you SHOULD try to have a few silent moments. That will build up the anticipation AND it will force the other person to say something. This means that you get information from the other person and you can carry on the conversation from there by asking questions. But I totally agree with you otherwise.

Mate, vodka soda is something only those who drink knows. If you don't drink at all or often, why the f--- would I waste my time learning how to make those drinks ahaha.
I will say this. In HS, in a class of 128 (66 Males. I was one of 4 people who knew how to change a tyre. i mean I had to do it 3 times but my dad taught me when I was 12.

It's nice to know how to cook. however some girls do cook for their boyfriends. of they have one obviously. It's not always the guys job to cook. I'm a guy and for me personality I'm a f--k up when it comes to cooking. so I would prefer my girlfriend do it.
