I've been doing smth incorrect with my jaw, like. I was always putting my lower jaw in front of the upper one. why? because my face with normal jaw position was for me. unattractive at all. Is it smth i should really stop? Mewing will be a good solution to this? :/

I tried chewing gum for my jawline, it ended up irritating my periodontal ligament, the inflamed ligament choked my tooth roots, killed my teeth. now I have two missing molars. Gum is a tooth killer.

All of yall are crybabys it does work, chewing gum especially, you also have to workout hard enough just to lose weight around the face not just move it around all day, it's common sense. -

To an extent, you can improve a bit but you CAN-T change your actual jawbone with any of this. Plastic surgery would make the biggest difference but its not without its risks.

I was trying to do the chewing exercise, then i realized that I have been chewing dominantly with my left side. Left cheek side is actually tougher and I feel horrible lol
