Exactly dont knock ppl down. its very negative. better approach like Brad suggested is. yes tell them the issues that aren't appropriate or professional then tell them positives that they've done. cuz overall if you're not supportive of your employees in a positive atmosphere they won't work well for you and clients.
Too many ppl think they can do whatever at work and it's ok. it's not.
