As a healthy routine you should to look back a bit about your daily habits and make a small changes, because I heard you saying for many times healthy life, healthy routine etc. and this includes stop using electronics at least 30 mins before bed time, remove all dietary supplements, limit your use of cosmetic products, and go ahead to bio products, organic and vegan why not; which I've rarely heard you talking about, to really change your life to a better healthy life style. Tried this. best part was planning the next day at night. I used to do it in the morning before. but as I did in the night. I was very much relaxed the next morning! A tip - One must also write a diary at night. that too is an amazing habit!
