i would request you to do your research in this area before making a skincare video please. while some spf is better than none, if you are applying inadequate amounts, you won't be maximising the effects/money spent. and fyi, spf needs to be reapplied. it's not a one time thing all day every day. guys, please use a sunscreen of at least spf 50 when you are outdoors and reapply every 1. 5 to 2h of UV exposure. don't simply follow what alex said, cos that is inadequate info.

I can definitely recommend quit sugar such as candy, soda, chips, ice cream, chocolate and etc.
