Please DO NOT leave whitening strips on for an hour or two. PLEASE read the instructions that are sent out with your whitening products. I have used Crest myself and they worked wonderfully, however, leaving them on for just 10 more minutes than the recommended time, sent incredibly painful shocks up through my teeth. Not fun. Whiten your teeth carefully and enjoy the results. Try both Crest as Alex suggests and Aura Glow (only use this if you have a premade retainer that fits your teeth perfectly.

Question: Can I use whitening mouthwash and toothpaste with invisalign? I understand I can't do the strips as I have to have them on for at least a hour but my invisalign has to be on 22 hours a day. Any tips for whitening teeth for people who have this problem.

Going to dentist is good option and too expensive to do the whitenning however you shouldn't do it ceveral times as it's not healthier for your teeth due to that lazer and chemical products that the dentist will be using during the operation process.

Mix turmeric and salt in equal amount with mustard oil and make a paste and use this as a paste, you guys will remember me for sure it not only whitens your teeth, it is also good for your teeths and gums health.
