In this video i am confused in one tip. Which is. Not grab your phone right after you wake up grab it only if you have something urgent work. Right. But the time i woke up at 5: 30 am i used to watch your inspiration videos and pics related fitness. then after i go gym. So i guess its important to grab the phone in morning for get my body move.

3. get enough sleep
4. exercise every morning

Actually i go to the gym at night i come home at 3 pm take a nap arround 5 wake up at 8 and go its amazing then after the gym you go sleep and 40% of soreness is already gone give it a try and tell me how you fell

Not gonna lie working out late night is hands down the best time to workout for me. But I only get to do it on the weekends because when I do I can't sleep

I set my alarm -before- I need to get up.
So by the time I do come to, I don't feel like shite

I will feel exhausted whole day if I try to workout in morning, cuz sometimes I get sore, I prefer at evening

My routine. wake up 7: 00, taking my sup, doing push-ups and do my skin care routine and going to school)
