It'a all about the body and your height and your facial structure and not looking like anyone but looking like everyone at the same time. A weird last name in English does not hurt either. It's like how did this dude get here. Like which European country produces people that look that way. As a matter of fact my good looks have worked against me. Bosses tend to eventually be the not most most attractive people and if they catch their wives and daughters checking you out, that might be a career impediment. Bosses always start out looking good but end up looking bad. It must be the pressure which causes lack of sleep and over eating and then genetics might kick in and we have ugly bosses.
