Raise your standards men, these chicks wouldn-t be this comfortable unless they were getting constant validation. -
1. Ignore her words focus on her actions-
2. Don-t chase women become the man that women will pursue-
3. Women you previously pursued and got rejected by Will later be interested when they see you have a different woman-
4. Women think about marriage as a wedding day and not a lifetime supporting and respecting their man-
5. Embrace rejection it will make you stronger -
6. Disdain women who rejected you, ignoring them is the best revenge -

8. Stay away from single mothers -
9. Prioritise your appearance no matter what-s-
10. Never fully commit -
11. Don-t share your weaknesses with a woman, seek professional help in a serious rut -
12. Women cheat more than men, don-t let her accusations blind you-
13. Be low tolerance, be ready to walk away at any given moment -
14. Don-t be bitter, accept female nature and adjust -
15. Keep playing the game and make it difficult. People come back to difficult games to try and beat it, easy games get played once and put on the shelf

For those who know 0 about skincare, do basic Cleanser, Moisturizer and Suncreen from brand like Cerave, Ordinary, Paula's choice, selfless by hyram etc. These are brands that actually make skincare, unlike adding fragrance, perfume, menthol, sulphate in the name of masculine (Mens product. Ofcourse Alex is a great guy for fashion/lifestyle but guess what he probably never uses the brand he mentions because they are simply not perfect for your skin in the long run. Respect all the other tips from alex, he 100% right but in skincare do your own research guys watch dermatologists and skin experts like doctorly, hyram, dr. vanita rattan. If you re a guy suffering from acne and stuff skincare is not as simple as buying a kit from a brand you think is good. Research about every single product and its uses and make sure they do not contain atleast sulphate, essential oils, perfume, fragrance, witch hazel and much more tbh.

Great tips! One of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you-re serious-
Use sunscreen as much as possible when you-re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you-re going for a swim, perhaps more often.
And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that-s when the sun does the most damage to your skin.
And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don-t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.
Anyway, that-s my two cents.

Acne, you can relate it with 'getting a thick skin', how we say in dutch, probably same in US.
Someone with acne, deals with a lot with unsecurity and people who talk 'bad' against that person. Can be everyone, on work, school, 'friends'. So you can use al those shitty things on your face, but you have deal with your problems first.
Insecurity happens a lot with teenagers, but on later age its possible too. If you dont believe. Ask the ones with acne if they are dealing with that kind of problems

Referring to your introduction, skin issue can suck but it is not an end so please do not send the message that perfection is the goal. You will disappoint a lot of people that will base their worth in how they look which is absolutely wrong and we see the strong problems triggered by wrong messages in social medias mainly in the youth. Advices are good, your chanel is in the overall nice, you seem too man but rest of comments. Just think about your public with low self estime due to real skin problems.

Controversial opinion: sunscreen is worse for you than sunlight. Many ingredients in sunscreen can be toxic. Obviously don't get burnt, but full spectrum sunlight helps us produce vitamin D, increases testosterone, balances hormones & neurotransmitters, enhances immune function & so much more. A lot of skin damage is actually due to free radicals/ reactive oxygen species, as well as poor gut & liver health and hormone imbalances

U are right but also, the main reason of getting acne is being obsessed with own face, when we were kids we did not even look to the mirror and let the nature do its job, looking to the mirror and keeping eye on blemish generates stress just be active and do ur dailyworks and be clean without being near to the mirror do ur skincare by keeping distance with the mirror

I-m not one who breaks out but i have a ton of black/white heads and I use a liquid exfoliator once a week with a daily vitamin c serum facial Toner followed by a face moisturizer and I see temporary results then my face gets dry and bumpy again

I would also recommend avoiding sugar and limiting dairy as much as possible. Eat healthy and drink lots of water. If you can invest in a good quality Blue therapy device, get it and use at least 3 times a week.

Good advice, but even more important - if you're with someone that's bothered by a pimple then they're not the kind of person you should be with.

Will any sunscreen work or should I consider skin type, protection factor, etc? It would be awesome if you make a video on this topic!

You are never too young or too old to have a skin care regimen. Take care of your skin, not only your face.
