Sub To Our Channel - This yoga class is perfect for anyone that wants to really focus on strengthening and toning their legs. This yoga class can even be done without a yoga mat (only if you wish) as you will be moving through standing and balancing asanas. A great practice to use to ground yourself, re-energize, and tone your legs. Just remember to always breathe through each pose. Keep your focus in balancing postures by looking at the floor or whats in front of you. Clear your mind, stay present, and dedicate a little bit of time to your health and well-being. Enjoy XO

I love your pilate/yoga videos and have been following you for a few years now You're so inspirationalHowever, I noticed in this video your positioning for warrior 3 as well as your pigeon aren't quite right. As a fellow yoga instructor - make sure you imagine your navel being sucked in as your arms are reaching forward and your back foot is being pulled in the opposite direction. Also with your pigeon, open up your chest and lean back as you suck your navel in. Imagine your head is being pulled by a string. Your thigh and bum should be in one line. Once you're in the proper position you should be able to hold and breathe into this position up to 4 breaths. Allowing your energy force to proper circulate in you. I hope this helps This will correct your position of these both positions Peace and love - Namaste xo

First of all, I love and appreciate all your videos, so this isnt a complaint, just something to consider. I believe that at least the majority of us know its okay to fall off and try again but every time you speak about being unbalanced, it puts thoughts of being unbalanced and falling over in my head. Strong balance - instead of Its okay to fall off balance would help to stay clear on the intention. Just hoping maybe you could simply preface It's okay to fall over, or not move to the next pose if it's too challenging. in the beginning or something instead of brining it up while in practice. What you focus on your become I think anyway; )Love you and your videos. I bought your DVD set, and I love it. Thanks pretty girl

I'm new to yoga, and this was amazing, yet SO painful because I bike so much and never stretch. my ham strings bulge out the back and are so tight and stiff. I can see this helping me a lot. I can't get over how painful it was and I am SWEATING lol. I feel like I just did a HIT exercise or something? It was just enough pain to make me want to keep going, but to know it's also working. I feel so much better now that I've cooled down lol Thank you I plan on doing this every morning until I see results

I am a big fan of your work: . Try to do your yoga workouts a few times a week. Since I am not that flexible I do find some of your workouts challenging but usually I can breathe and work through it. I found this one really challenging to where I couldn't do some of the poses. Would you recommend continuing to do this workout again till it get's easier or try doing an easier leg yoga workout and work up to this? thanks for your insight.

your youtube yoga classes are simply the best. honestly, I am doing yoga with many online tutorials since over three years now and since I found your account I am the biggest fan. the relaxed and calm voice, the music in the background, the flow itself and the location make me lose track on reality and help me clear my mind while doing yoga
