love the music during the night terror moments haha. you guys are so wonderful. I did a yoga morning video, and my mom walked through our gym and was simply blown away by juliana's grace, effortlessness, and mind/body strength. She wanted to know everything- oh my goodness, the way she moves. is she real? wow, she is a real gift. I happily informed her that I have been following you guys from the beginning, and you're teaching and reaching so many more people now, years later. You're awe inspiring, and I'm so glad to know in myself that we are kindred spirits. Yay for hopefully crossing paths one of these days. Until then, keep on Love to you both, and thanks for it all.

That was amazing and terrifying at the same time. I really would have freaked out if the boat kept getting stuck like that. The land is so gorgeous and green. Brilliant footage, I can't believe you still wanted to film at night AND get out of the damn boat. Trees are very fascinating. The fact that they're continuously cut down is also quite frightening, it's as though some people don't understand how life and nature works.

You two are brave and very inspirational to me for Yoga practices, I am doing the 5-minute miracle morning class today and meditation with the rising sun here in Indiana, big adventure on my balcony watching the sun rise and doing Yoga On to Ultimate pilates challenge day 5Namaste
