Hello Juliana or someone who knows for sure, please help me with this: When you are in boat posture or doing similar exercises am I supposed to sit on my sitbones or my tailbone? Also if you have time. Doing Pilates sometimes I get cramps on shoulder up to head. How should I think and place myself to avoid that stress? Love your videosC

Those twists felt SOOO good. I have a kyphosis and scoliosis in my thoracic spine, and thanks to yoga and practices such as this, my spine is almost as straight as if I didnt have those genetic conditions. Great class Really got it after doing it maybe for the twentieth time. Twisting while maintaining stability in the hips it not easy even for advanced Yogis. Consistent and conscious practice and you will really feel the warm energy flow in your belly chakras from this amazing practice Fire from within: ) THANK YOU Namaste.

Does anyone have an explanation why are all the inhales and exhales in complete reverse to my instincts? Whenever she says exhale I want to inhale and whenever she says inhale I want to exhale more than that it feels like my natural instinct is exactly the reverse.
