Wholeheartedly agree with what you're saying about diet as a major piece of the puzzle, both my partner and I are exclusively plant-based now three months, I'm now practising yoga or pilates and swimming every day, and I have to say I feel like something untouched has been switched on in me that I've never felt before. My eyes are bright and sparkly, I have tonnes of energy, my skin is clear, my body feels (although achey) awesome. I also feel that my flexibility it adding to the euphoric feeling I have, like the further I stretch and the deeper I breathe I feel better and better LOVE THAT I heard so many people say these things before, but IT IS 10000% TRUE. So excited to see what's still to come, I've dropped 5 kilos without even trying and am now plateauing at a comfortable healthy weight without calorie counting or feeling hungry at all. My love or cooking has been reignited also, learning a new way to eat is so fun. Thank you for your constant inspiration love you guys Ah I also suffered (sometimes still a little) from disc herniation L5S1, and am just coming out of that too after around 3 years of constant pain, so happy you're on the flip side of it too Mark, such a debilitating injury to have so utterly depressing (have you read healing back pain by Dr Sarnos? Fascinating perspective on the mind-body connection to chronic pain, highly recommend you check that out) All the best to you both xxxxxx

Good day I want to thank you for all of the videos you create, they have changed my day routine during the past two years and have made me a better version of myself, I have a lot to achive still but I am developing in many ways thanks to you I wanted actually to ask you about Mark's routine more because my life partner recently, month ago, had a back operation, they removed part of one of his back's disks ( the short version of explaining), and since then he is doing the recommended exercises he feels okay, his back still hurts time to time. Anyway, I wanted to ask if there is a way to create a video or just explain more about the back recovery routine Mark is doing in order to stay recovered and keep himself moving to a better future with less back problems. : ) Since my boyfriend had the operation, I have heard stories from friends and acquaintances that many men (much less women) suffer from back pain, some younger, some older. Thank you for this inspiring and informative video. I feel myself starting to transform too. Finding the commercial stuff that's pushed on not so interesting anymore. Seeking more meaning and appreciating the simple beauty of truth, what is right in front of me and peace from my own breath. I thank you both for teaching me and showing me this way of being. It is because of your hard work, dedication, belief and sharing of your knowledge into this present world that I found this new way of living for myself and it sure seems to have affected so many others as well. I'd love to see and learn of more of us driving a new way of cohabitation on this. Where we don't abuse the planet or each other so much. That we can co-habitate with all forms of life, endangered species start to flourish and the excess garbage, tyranny and overall bad will is no longer needed. Amazing video happy new year to both of you. I definitely continue to grow spiritually and learn new things with un2 everyday. Yoga has definitely reentered in my life back in 2016. After a long break. My body now feels weird if go a week without doing yoga. I definitely have been setting short goals for myself from regular practicing 3x a week minimum to 5 n everyday; ) right now I'm doing min 5x. I only have issues sticking to a clean diet: ( I couldn't be consistent with me going vegan for 21 days lol it nly lasted 4 days. But like u guys always say. Take things n lifestyle changes in babysteps thats what I'm doing: )

The lack of quality grass fed animal products is causing premature aging in these peoples faces, and its sad that they can't see this. Vegan after Vegan who does this for an extended period of time all end up looking like this, only a few escape it, most will start developing the tiny wrinkles in the forehead and eye areas making them appear aged and strange, plus the deep eye socket look too, and unusually thin bodies that lack natural appeal. If you can't eat meat, then at least drink raw milk and eat pastured eggs and raw cheese and yogurt, at least do that, it will save your skin.

Hey team Firstly love the new editing style it is incredibly engaging. Amazing foundation for many to enable their seeking. The body is a manifestation of your consciousness not your thought - it flows through from your higher self into your body. Many people struggle with accepting this and their ego might challenge this within you and will seek the physical stimulants to fulfill its desire of survival or importance. What a beautiful place you are visiting. The world has no choice but to stop expansion/encroachment/over population etc. if we are to survive. There is too much destruction of natural spaces and animals. We have to give up eating animals and their by products. Thank you both for all you do. I do my workouts in the AM also. I start my day with walking my dog doing one of your videos then weights. You may not know that this video has an advertisement inserted during it. Did the dog have an owner? Maybe you could find out if there is an animal shelter there.

You are definitely my favourite people to watch on youtube (going along with listening to Abraham hicks, you are very inspirational and such in tune with yourself, I can truly connect with the way you are and feel, and it is so uplifting and satisfying to see people who are really connected to themselves, who are all about looking inward and listening to ourselves. Great content Also always workout in the morning and crave it if for some reason there is less or no space for it. It is just so natural now. And this in combination with a vegan diet has transformed my body and skin Which makes me proud happy and strongIt seems you have a new way of editing by the way I LIKE IT Just keep on going you guys are great and so inspiring Lots of love from Sweden

you guys are so full of light and so genuine its breathe taking, you have truly inspired me to live a better life, i look forward to watching more of your videos I already did a yoga video (it was extremely awkward on my side of things because i have gained a lot of weight) but was very invigorating and stress relieving when I got through it, you guys are the wake up call i needed thanks
