I am a 66yr old man who started martial arts at 18 and still do them. At 38yrs of age, I went to live and work in India for 20yrs, I was lucky enough to find a great Hatha Yoga teacher who taught, one on one for 90 mins every morning starting at 6am. I was with him for the last 5yrs I spent there and still do an hour of yoga every morning. A casual glance would see no connection between Martial arts and Yoga, believe me, they blend well, both teach us to be better people, martial arts calmed me down and yoga taught me to love myself in order that i could love others, Since finding this site I have started choosing one of her video's and doing that as well adding her great knowledge to my own. She may be a young woman but she is an old soul and I am so grateful to have found her online and would like to personally thank her for taking the time to post her yoga teachings for the benefit of all. I was taught by a great teacher so, believe me, I recognise another one when I see one. Thanks, Juliana and Mark

Hey you two I just finished Boho Beautiful Transform and I really must say. WOW I feel sooooooo amazing after only two weeks Its crazy I have all your other programs, which I all love, but this really pushed me further in my practice. I am so grateful that I found your videos on youtube more than two years ago. It really made a huge change in my life and thanks to you guys I am a much happier, healthier, balanced and stronger person than I was before. Hi Friends. Altough I don't know you personally - I feel deep connection with you. I am practising with you every day. Sometimes it makes me cry, sometimes it gives me joy, always it brings me lots of emotions. I am so happy having you so close, taking you everywhere with me in my heart. I really love how you teach and your positive energy: ) It is such a pity that there are still so few people who recognize the importance for body and mind in yoga. It's not just a trend, it is a choice in life with a deep focus to inner self where most people could find what they are actually looking for. Stress, anxiety, depressions, sleeping problems, Yoga can improve all these things, there is no medicine needed. I can't imagine a time without regular practice anymore.

I've done almost every one of your workouts and I love them. Today I thought I would just get a nice yoga workout in but I did not expect to feel so challenged It was hard for me to complete some of the moves so by the time I reached the end of this video I let go of expectation and let myself be. I was put in such a blissful state. I did not want to roll up from corpse pose because I just felt so peaceful. Thank you for this lovely workout and its bonus meditative effects

While doing yoga, I find it very difficult to keep my shoulders above wrists. Most of the times during exercises in plank position my shoulders are behind my wrists. I hope with time I will gain more strength and will be able to do the poses correctly. Or is it harming way and it's better just to do the pose correctly, but maybe 5-10 seconds rather than not correct but longer. Anyone can answer me please? I would appreciate, thank you.

Ive been doing some yoga for a while now and its my first time trying yours. Im really disappointed. Ive heard good things about you but I did not care for this practice. You talk too fast and you dont properly show the asanas. Maybe you do this on purpose cuz its free on YouTube and you want us to pay for the proper classes? And I wouldnt recommend doing this it in the morning. Anyway too bad but keep spreading love and lightness

This couldn't be more lovely. The practice itself is energy giving, and relaxing at the same time. But Juliana, while I didn't think it was possible, your voice has become even more serene, and your movements have become even more graceful. How rare it is to see someone doing their exact purpose. I was wondering if you would ever do a prenatal yoga series? (I might be expecting soon) Or any advice on how to use your current videos safely throughout pregnancy. I can't tell you how much I enjoy your videos. They have helped me in so many ways. Thank you I appreciate your time and energy that you give to everyone, thank you
