Hi guys. Thanks for this nice practice. You are truly amazing and I enjoy your videos a lot. I just have to say that sometimes you make comments that confuse me because they are very different to what I was taught. My education was based on the original texts and there it is written that Prana flows through Nadis and not through the nervous system. The energy body is different from the physical body. Furthermore Kapalbhati is not a Pranayama but a cleansing technique, in which you forcefully exhale through your nose (mouth is only for eating, nose is for breathing) after the exhale, not after the inhale. I don't want to nitpick too late because I see that you want reach a huge audience and make the complex topic of yoga as digestible as possible. But I would ask you to stay as truthful as possible when you include advanced techniques like shatkarmas or pranayamas in our videos in order to not offend the original texts or confuse people like me that take every word quite serious. And if you decide to change they way these techniques are performed just give it different names; )

I really dont want to add a negative comment but i see it more as a constructive criticism. I started doing your yoga videos few months ago and truly loved them, i decided to change the videos (esp interested in yin yoga) as i wanted a variety of poses as i get tired with the same poses. To my disappointment i have checked out most of your videos even the ones posted 2 years ago and i couldn't believe that you do the same poses over and over and over again Very disappointing as i really do love your style of teaching, the music, your voice, even the variety of places you do yoga. This is something i truly like but im tired of the same poses you do esp for yin yoga, for flexibility I dont do you work out or Pilates yoga may be they are different but im only interested in flexibility yoga. Please gives us more variety i really dont want to search for another yoga youtuberHope you will incorporate different poses, once again surprised that you havent. But other than that i love your videos

You are a blessing to mine and so many others lives. I can't thank you enough or tell you how much you inspire me. I'm 20 and have been overweight most of my life but with your help I am losing weight and getting so fit and eating so well I am currently 125 lbs and this is the healthiest, strongest and happiest I've ever been. My stress has depleted immensely as well. Thank you for being a part of my life and sharing your wisdom, love and light Juliana and Mark. I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH: ) blessings to you and yours. I was a big fan of Mark's punk rock band years ago, the music shaped who I was and who I am today. They were there for me during my angry teenage years when no one else was. I can't believe how much better I feel since starting yoga It isn't instant but WOW if you just stick with it At first you stumble and struggle because you don't know the names or poses but don't give up. It is so worth it I wake up without musculoskeletal pain and I have strengthened my weaker areas Thanks to Boho Beautiful for positive energy and serenity
