dear Kaley, I know losing too much weight is not healthy (and I don't want to promote that, but could you please make a video for those who need to lose weight, and tell us how you did it? That would be really helpful If I'm not totally wrong about you, I'd say you are someone who does that in a healthy way instead of doing a crazy crash diet. Would you mind giving us some tips? So I tried this with the self-grip rollers and it completely pulled the curl out of my hair and made my hair super frizzy I'm going to attempt this again with rollers that don't have the self-grip. Not sure if anyone else that has very fine hair ran into this problem as well.

yeah, but actually that's not entirely right. i mean, there are certain tipps and tricks like drinking lots of green tea, which helps speeding up your metabolism, and I'm just searching for other natural ways that support a healthy weight loss. doesn't hurt to ask, does it?
