Yep, I tried following a Khloe Kardashian hair tutorial for wet hair waves It was. not what I was expecting. Dajana Darling: That looks really cool and somehow has an 80s vibe to me: DI have really fine hair and even if I just let it air dry it's totally straight. Like straighter than some people's hair after taking forever to straighten it. Also, it hold's curls really badly. Even if I try tricks like letting it cool down in a curled shape and spraying it with hairspray for each curl individually- it just doesn't want to stay curled and bounces back to being straight after about an hour. However, I will totally try this out I'm totally mind blown that the wet look is achieved with oils, not gel- but that makes so much sense: D And the gel in the roots in interesting too. I always thought, gel was just for messy hair looks on guys, but I'm totally intrigued to try it on my long hair now: D PS: You look so happy and come across so bubbly in this video again. It seems like you are in a better state mentally than you were a couple of months ago. I'm happy for you: )

Back in the day, this was called scrunching Id put a crap ton of gel in my wet hair and then dried my hair with a curl diffuser attachment while scrunching. Then used a bottle of hairspray to finish Got the same end result in half the time but it was really crunchy and extremely flammable Im sure the products used in this video would make the hair feel 10x better and be safer around an open flame It would of been cool if you had her tutorial on the screen as well.

Love this video Kayley. For a curly wavy girl here, if I slathered the oil liberally after my hair air dried with leave in conditioner scrunched in my hair already. this would be the outcome but my hair is thin so it ends up way non proportional to my huge face. Normally do that to tame my frizzy hair never knew there was a name for the style. my disadv would more or less be volume to my roots for sure.

while you did a great job on recreating the look, I'm not a huge fan. I love the wet hair trend especially during the warmer months, because I hate blow-drying my hair during summer. It's too hot to blow-dry during summer. Looks great even though it's def a look I wouldn't try to recreate (at least not now. BTW love the call to the husband and that he got the question right. Good husband

I do the S wave quite often because the waves are so beachy - love it However I dont think I want my hair to look wet. Looks great on you thoughStill a fun tutorial, I love how your personality always shines through in your videos. Your tutorials are never boring even if Im not interested in recreating them

I have long hair that is curly underneath and then wavy with patches of straight hair at the top layer. I wonder if she could ever do a 15 minute/ 20 minute hairstyle video on what to do with combo hair like mine lol. I either have to go through and curl it all or straighten it all and its so annoying

Little tips for doing the S wave: after sliding the straightener, lift it up a little before turn to the other direction. The wave will look smoother? kinda cuz it looks a little crooked for me here: P I love S wave it's the easiest and prettiest curl/wave I can pull off by my cheap ass straightener

Ive got naturally curly/wavy hair and this is what my mane looks like when Im having an awful hair day, no curl definition, no clumping, tons of fly away like stray hairs and an oily layer on top makes it even worse almost like it hasnt been washed in a while. I cant see the appeal

Omg, after you make the curl, catch the end of the section and bunch it up to your scalp. It won't drag out the curl so much. These curls are my everyday if I comb my hair fresh out of water and leave it alone. also the amount of oil you used. my everyday. I hate curly hair.

Hey Kayley. You rocked this hairstyle (then again, when do you not) hahaha I really enjoy these types of videos, where you try to recreate other people's hairstyles Also, I would love to see a rainy day hairstyles vid or something along those lines, frizz-free but still cute
