Ohhmygosh, this has to be my favorite youtube hair tutorial OF ALL TIME. I am so glad I got the notification that you had posted this I did not even try to look up how to recreate Jennifer's waves, because I knew all the tutorials would be using a flat iron (I tried to invest in a nice flat iron once, in order to do waves with it, but I just had such a bad time with it-- not to mention my poor fried hair-- that I returned the flat iron and vowed to only use my curling irons and wands from now on, eeek) Then your video pops up, and completely swoops in and saves the day because you are using a curling iron The fact that you showed the two different techniques seriously just changed my hair life I finished the video, then ran right to my favorite 1-inch iron with clamp (my favorite tool of all time, and due to your patient, honest, and thorough instruction was able to create my very own Oscar-night waves in no time I am so thrilled I cannot wait to wear these waves one day soon outside the house (it is currently 2AM after I watched this video and I have this amazing hair right now: D LOL ) I LOVE this new style of instruction where you show how you use different tools to create the same look. Please do more videos in this manner Lastly, I adore how you show some of the pictures you used to research Jennifer's hair style-- especially that photo where you commented on the texture in the back when she hugged Meryl Streep-- it was like hair detective: D Thank you so so much for creating this video Big hugs to you

I noticed you don't answer comments but I'll ask anyway. I NEED HELP. I have super fine hair, long, but super fine. When I do curls, I section them and put lots and LOTS of heat protectant cause the heat damages fine hair like you wouldn't believe. My curls end up looking amazing, defined and hollywood looking. Put hairspray and I'm out. But not even 10 minutes passes that they just fall flat and end up looking like I didn't even do my hair. Its horrible. HOW DO I KEEP CURLS ON THIS HAIR? Hairspray just doesn't do it

Lovely recreation I love how well you explain everythingCould you do a video of naturally curly updos for a wedding? I am a going to be a groomsmaid in a couple of months and we were all asked to do our hair in loose updos. Im struggling to find something fitting my hair texture, but with your curly wig Im sure you could make something classic and beautiful

Over halfway through the video when I wondered why I am even watching this? I am a curly girl that doesn't use heat but I am mesmerised by how you can actually make your hair do what you want. Back when I used to use heat it did about half of what I wanted it to do and then fell out an hour later. My hair hated me

Or you know, just massage some curl product into your hair and make two tight french or dutch braids with damp hair before you go to sleep. Then maybe some teasing, hair spray or gel or set the curls and done At least my hair looks exactly like that when I do this, naturally I have a little wave

I love the waves too Now I guess you just need like a wine glass filled with grape juice and chair. Your eyes are so pretty, too I love the blue. Also, it's great to know your hair is not sizzling. And, can you make a video about face framing and curling face frame pieces

I would love if you did some lord of the rings inspired hairstyles Im dressing as Arwen for Comic-Con and Im finding it surprisingly hard to find any hair tutorials for her hair. But there are so many beautiful hairstyles from those movies I would love to see you recreate

I loved watching all the techniques with the two tools. I'm such a flat iron junkie for straight/wavy/curly/everything, and styles like this normally make me nervous but now I know there are so many ways to achieve it and the sides look identical.
