To add some of my own to your tips and tricks: - put dry shampoo into your hair before sleep and put your hair ina braid, shile you sleep the shampoo will rub into your scalp and absorb the oils so when you wake up all is already done-if you have very oily hair, having darker roots will make it look even oiler than it actually is, perhaps opt out for doing an ombre or something that would have your light hair parts away from your roots optical illusions to the rescue- if you don't like dry shampoo or find it too expensive, baby powder has the same effect and is kuch cheaper- cocoa powder can also be used plus it smells a ma zing- corn starch for some, basically it is the ingredience in many dry shampoos already, but it has to be in a fine powder- do not use conditioner on your roots, hair mask is for roots and scalp, conditioner adds oil to ends- the kore often tou wash it, the oiler it will be in less time- consider that for some people skin is just idfferent, and head skalp is skin too- your habits affect your health directly, skin is part if that: drink enough water, eat good foods, find what suits your body the best, try to sleep well- last but not least: no one reasonable is going to judge you for having oily hair we have all been there and the others - you don't need that kind if negaticity in your life

Hi Kayley Touching on the back-of-the-head cowlick situation: I'm hoping you might have an idea or suggestion for me. My hair does the lovely cowlick split/part down the back of my head and I've used your tips to help disguise it. However, I have one additional issue with the situation - the top layer of my hair where this happens does not grow My stylist cannot figure out what it's doing or why. There's no breakage there, no split ends. And because it's only on one side of my head, she has to cut my top layer of hair on the opposite side too try and blend it all together. Lord knows us thin, fine-haired women cannot afford to lose the hair we have to layers. Do you have any ideas what my hair is doing or why? I'd appreciate any ideas, info, advice you might have. Thanks in advance

I wash my hair every 2-3 days, but this past week I went for 4 days because I was lazy. I just slicked back my hair in a bun. Put some gel on it to make it lay down and washed it that night. When I want to wear my hair long but the crown of my hair wants to be flat, I'll use a hair clip to create a half up/half down style, similar to what you did with the bobby pins. I only ever use dry shampoo when I straighten my hair because it gets oily so fast, but I don't like how it makes my roots feel. It almost hurts because it doesn't let my scalp breathe. Luckily, my hair doesn't get oily like it used to since I changed my hair routine. No more sulfates

Can you do more styles for really dirty hair, I mean oily next level? I have very oily roots, no matter how often I wash my hair. When I wash it every two days, it'll be super oily second day afternoon, when I wash it every five days, it'll be super oily the fifth day, you get the point. When it's really oily, there's really no saving it, it's heavy and it doesn't want to lay the way I want it to, even if I style it, so my only option is updo's. I don't always have time to do complicated hairstyles so I'm really looking for all kinds of ways to just do that little bit extra with ponytails and buns.

Wow, a new video AGAIN My god, you're super productive at the moment, i really hope it is not too much and that you are taking care of yourself Thank you for this video, you covered all my problems with dirty hair I have really thin hair and I can't even go more than 2 days between my shampoos. I will try these tips and see if i can do better. I saw the dry shampoo of your videos in travel size at Sephora, i think it can be a good idea to try it without spending too much

could you please make a video with hairstyles that can be worn when you are working as a paramedic? Most paramedics have short hair because its difficult to find hairstyles that you can wear while on duty, but i would really love to keep my length. the hairstyles cant have any hairs falling in your face and there shouldnt be any hair that could hang down in a patients wounds (eg ponytail is a no, but single braid is okay)

I was wondering, if possible, if you would be interested in trying to create a realistic Zero-Waste hair video? I think it'd be a cool challenge for you, as you seem to really rely on spray bottles and packaged supplies. Zero-waste meaning absolutely no products with throw-out packaging/ plastic. Things like glass packaging are okay. I think it'd be cool if you went bulk-shopping and tried this out as a challenge.

Kayley I would love a video with more info on wearing the hair powder you use If you're using it on day two, is it not an issue later on? Getting on pillowcases or anything? Do you need to clean it back out again with dry shampoo the next day? ANy breakouts? I've never seen this produt before but could be so useful to me so I'm very curious about the usage, especially for prolonging hair between washes

The part about the creasing in the back is my nemesis It happens every timeCurious, ladies: I sleep on my left side lately. Ive noticed my baby hairs get so wonky and creased when I wake up, but it also seems like Im losing hair along my left hairline as well? Could it be from sleeping on it every night, is that even possible? Has this happened to anyone and they were able to grow it back?
