Side Swept Holiday Updo Tori Kaye: At holiday time I like to wear warm sweaters and stuff, so it's nice to have all my hair up so it doesn't get all staticky Do you have any up-does that are kind of pretty/romantic but don't necessarily have a really low bun? I hate it when I put my coat on and it messes up my hair: ( (I abosolutely love your tutorials, by the way, you've really helped me a lot, you taught me how to waterfall braid and helped me pick my curler)

its a great tutorial i will need to practice a looot for the dutch braid not good with braiding yet. but just a question, when you did the dutch braid and then continued to braid normally, you were left with the braid and went really quickly over where to put it. did you put it in a second bun or did you wrap it around the first bun? my hair's massive, so I m wondering where to put that braid. thanks: )

This is aa beautiful updo I'm definitely going to wear my hair like this to our family's Christmas eve party. Thank you During the holidays I usually keep it pretty simple. I love baggy sweaters with leggings and boots of course. Also love wearing different kinds of hats. I would LOVE to see a video about hairstyles that would work wearing beanies or other kinds of winter hats: )

could be a couple of things. If your hair is quite silky/smooth, it will fall our of braids easily (give it a little texture. Or maybe you're just not braiding tight enough? Dutch braids are best for keeping hair in the braid too, because hair is added and immediately crossed under/over another section (compared to french braids which take an extra cross.

for the holidays I wear a loooot of cute but kind of more slouchy, comfy stuff so I kind of like more cute but messy, easy hairstyles. then SOMETIMES I go all holiday fancy, and then I like the more complicated, fancy dos. this style is fantastic but I need styles that are more doable for naturally super curly, big, easily tangled hair >.

Hi, could you please do a video about how to pin curls without the pins showing? I have light hair so they're very obvious and tend not to look good. I know how to hide the pins on a bun, but with a curl there's not much places where you can do that because the strands are thinner.

I'm never going to tease my hair again, because for our school play I had to tease my entire head of hair until I looked like I was struck by lightning. And then I had to get a brush stuck in it. It took about two hours and lots of detangling conditioner to get it out.

With these more complicated styles, could you consider adding some close-up still photos of the hairstyle at the end? I LOVE this one and want to do my hair like this for when I'm a bridesmaid next summer but it's hard to see the detail when you're moving around: )

I like to wear anything nice- where I live winter weather is terribly wet and cold and windy & a lot of us get stuck at home, & don't bother even getting dressed. All. Winter Its my personal goal to at least wear a nice outfit everyday even if no one sees it but me.

I know you have long hair and therefore aren't capable of doing a tutorial for short hair styles/updos but could you PLEASE find someone with short hair and do some tutorials? :( I cut my hair and I'm suffering because I haven't got much to do with it
