Personal experience, this did not work for me, they did not honor the money back and just told me to keep using it. Also just to note I did go full level 5 and went over an area at least 3 times. I have had professional laser on several other areas and while much more expensive I have lasting results from professional areas. Please understand that IPL is not the same as laser and is less effective. Not hating on anyone, except maybe Kenzie for not honoring money back. Buy at your own risk.

I have a Braun IPL device. Worked very well on my legs and bikini line but, besides a small patch on my left arm pit, it never worked on my underarms. I used it well past 12 weeks. My best guess of why it failed is because of deodorant buildup. I would suggest that people exfoliate beforehand and maybe even do a clay mask beforehand to get rid of that buildup to see if they get better results

Thank you for saying that we can talk to Kenzi. I tried doing my legs but had a bad reaction, like ingrown hairs/lumpy bite looking things and just had to stop but I will contact Kenzi and ask. I've also been using it on my husbands back hair, his request not mine. Thanks Kayley and Anna-Laura.

This is so helpful! I finally splurged and bought this and my husband is excited. His first comment was I WON'T HAVE BACK HAIR ANYMORE! So we're BOTH going to use it and now I know not to be discouraged if I get results like this. So cool! Thank you both for sharing your results.

Be careful using it above the jawline! The light is really harmful for your eyes. Definitely recommend getting some laser protection glasses when treating the face.

I m disappointed that there s a flashing light on the device, because I have photosensitive epilepsy. The pink flashing isn t worth a seizure.

How about ingrown hairs? I find I can t wax without getting insane acne type ingrown hairs everywhere. Would this cause ingrown hairs too?
