Unfortunately, my facility has banned makeup if you have to wear an N95. which I do. We remove our worn N95 masks and place them in a bag with our name on it and they are cleaning them so we can re use them the next shift. The makeup stains make it nearly impossible to clean them. So. Im only doing eye makeup and concealer. Makes the morning routine a lot faster. But this technique would definitely work for under surgical masks. You might want to think about doing a video for skin care under Masks. I have a constant tender red mark on my face. Been using a very small amount of petroleum on my skin where the mask sits. It helps some.

Thank you so much for this video. I am an essential employee and single mother of 4 daughters so I have to strip, wash and change before going near my baby's and everyday I have several people coming into my work saying they don't believe in corona and are not self isolating and it's infuriating because they are risking everyone's lives including mine and my children when I go out every day to help and make sure everyone has what they need. So thank you so much for saying what needed to be said.

I work in a mental health facility and I've been sooooo bummed that I can't really wear makeup much with the mask. Putting on makeup in the morning and deciding which highlight to use and which lipstick honestly starts off my day with good vibes and it's therapeutic so I've been missing getting ready. DEFS gonna try these tricks and get back to my routine: D thank you manny! also shout out to the mental health workers who are still out in the field!

The products I wear working 12-14 hours a day with full mask and face shield are the Makeup Forever Matte Velvet Skin powder foundation set it with setting spray. Very little issues with makeup coming off. I also wear the Colourpop Pretty Fresh Tinted moisturizer set with the Bite beauty changemaker powder set with a setting spray. No issues with that coming off at all. Stay safe all! Keep smiling!

People may think it's trivial but as someone who works in emergency services sometimes it's those little things we do for ourselves or the ability to look in the mirror at the end of a 12 hour shift and see you still look good that makes you feel a little less exhausted and at times less defeated. I've seen a lot of people asking for advice in this so I think this is a great video idea

I have textured skin (rosacea) can anyone give me any pointers on this issue. sometimes my skin is textured and if I put powder on to set my foundation it makes my textured skin look cakey is there anything else you can recommend instead of the powder? I am a healthcare worker and I have always struggled with keeping my makeup on all day because of the mask. Thank you for the video Manny

This is the video I needed! Thank you so much. I am a respiratory therapist and wearing a mask for 12+ hours has proven difficult for many reasons, this being one of them. Sure, I could just opt to not wear make-up, but it helps me feel better about myself. I can't wait to try this out and see how it works for me. I'm tired of looking terrifying at the end of my shifts, lol.

I'm a healthcare worker living in newyork, its been tough and I haven't done my make up since this all started and I haven't felt myself due to not wearing it. I miss putting on makeup it was always my relaxing time before work but now if I were to put make up it would get all over my mask. I just want this to end and get back to normal. stay safe out there everyone
