Welcome back to my channel :) if you-re new here hit that SUBSCRIBE button and join our little community! I know I-ve been non-stop talking about how much I just really really love fall. Except it-s definitely hard to get the -fall feels- in the city unless you go to Central Park. Which is cute and great, but I wanted to feel super immersed in the season so my two best friends Alessia, Christina, and I took a little girls weekend road trip to the beautiful state of Vermont. Let me be the first to say, Vermont in the fall is stunning. If you need a taste of foliage, crisp air, apple cider donuts, and delicious cheese and wine then I highly recommend Vermont as your next destination. Who here has been to Vermont? Or does anyone have a favorite fall destination?? Let me know in the comments below! You guys always have the best tips of where I should visit. All in all, we had a pretty low key weekend, but it was exactly what we needed. Lots of wine was consumed, lots of laughs were had, and I am just so thankful for our friendship. I feel rested, re-energized, and ready for the holiday season that is right around the corner. Also, do you guys like when I call out what I-m wearing in my vlogs? I usually link items below but I can be sure to call out my outfits more often if that-s helpful to you guys! I hope you enjoy this vlog and the little sneak peek into what my version of an ideal girls trip looks like :) Do you guys have any trips with friends coming up

There is a beautiful new photography book on Vermont titled -Vermont - An Outsider's Inside View.- The coffee table book is filled with beautiful photographs of not only the lush landscapes of the green mountain state but even more about the people and characters that make the state so unique and interesting. Edward Rubin spent over two years traveling Vermont documenting everyone from goat herders to farmers to the governor to artisans and coffee shop waitresses. Each photograph is accompanied by a fascinating story about the subject. The book is available at: www.fineartspress.com

I know this is an old video but I just find it really amazing how you can make lasting relationships with people you meet in ordinary places, places you wouldn't have normally make connections--like the gym where you met your friend Alessia and the airport where you met Kyle.. I think it says a lot about your personality like how spontaneous you are, how you make the best of every moment and how you're so open to meeting new people. OR this could all be me reading too much into things HAHA sorry if this is presumptive but found a new appreciation for your travel VLOGS

I lived for many years just south of Woodstock, Vt. My favorite Vermont Fall activity is to attend the Tunbridge Worlds Fair in Tunbridge, Vt. which is about a half hours drive north of Woodstock. If you ever want to get a feel for what Vermont is all about I would encourage you to check this event out, held every year in Mid Sept.

Hi Emily! I love this video of your girls trip with your friends! Did your friend Alessia happen to go to Barnard? I went to Barnard and graduated in 2016 and I recognize her face (unless I'm mistaken LOL).

I moved to Vermont from NYC a year ago and never looked back :) Thank you for posting this, I just posted a foliage blog too because in Vermont that's a requirement to enjoy fall :)
