Welcome back to my channel :) if you-re new here hit that SUBSCRIBE button and join our little community! 2020 has been a wild ride to say the least. And I hope I-m not alone in agreeing that comfort food has been on all of our minds and indulging us over these last few months. In an effort to stay healthy (gotta keep that immune system going!) I wanted to try and create something that tasted like it was a treat, but that actually had wholesome ingredients in it. Alas, my banana bread recipe was born! This banana bread is seriously so good and it is super easy to make. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! I also figured while we are baking together, why not do a Q & A together! As I bake this delicious banana bread I am going to answer some of the questions you guys have been asking me over the past few weeks! But to get this party started, we-ll need to gather up our ingredients. Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas 2 large eggs - cup maple syrup 2 cups of oats 1 tsp of baking soda Chopped walnuts Wild frozen blueberries Cooking Directions: Preheat to 350 degrees. Place bananas, eggs, maple syrup, oats and baking soda directly into a blender. Blend until even. After blending, pour the batter into a pan (non-stick if you have) and distribute evenly. After the batter is in the pan, top it off with a handful of chopped walnuts and wild frozen blueberries and gently mix it in. Place into the oven for 15-20 minutes. While we are cooking I answered a bunch of your questions but I am also curious, how are all of you doing? How are you all feeling? I would love to hear your feedback below on where you are all at right now in this crazy world. I personally feel like I go up and down in terms of my anxiety and how I am feeling, and every day is so different. Regardless I always love to hear how you are all doing and what other things you would like to hear from me, so don-t forget to

Hey Emily! I've been a fan of yours since I was in high school and it's so cool that you're married now and thinking of starting a family. I know it can be really scary to think about bringing new life into the world. I know that this year has been nothing less than tumultuous. Yet, I can say, as a mother who got pregnant much earlier than I had planned, my life is so much better because of my baby. My husband and I wanted to wait a while, to travel, etc. Well, God had other plans and we are totally in love with our little boy! He makes life worth living, and helps me calm down after a hard day ... He has been the light I needed in the world. Plus, my husband and I travel with more intention than we had before because we know alone time is precious. In short, our son has added a dimension of meaning and joy to our lives that was beyond our wildest dreams. I wish you the very best. Thanks for sharing your banana bread recipe. It sounds so healthy and delicious!!

I never comment on anything, but I felt compelled to comment on this. Emily, I made your banana bread and your cookies and..... I don't know what to say. Where have the recipes been my whole life?? I have made banana bread every week for years and have tried nearly 20 different recipes trying to find the perfect one. I always try to make it as healthy as possible by adding nuts and LSA. But this recipe is HANDS DOWN the best one. I love the intense banana flavour. And those cookies too! I have tried healthy cookie recipes and they are good. But this one! They are more delicious than nonhealthy ones! ANNNNNND both recipes are so easy to make. SO. EASY. I will never make different chocolate chip cookies again. I will never make different banana bread again. Please post more easy, healthy food because I am LOVING it.

I got anxiety because I didn-t want to use the pandemic as an excuse to get lazy. My perspective is that I will never get another opportunity to double down/have the time and focus on the things I want to since I-m working from home. I-ve doubled down on my diet and lost 10 lbs since lockdown started, and I-ve been trying to learn new skills as well. However I think I-ve been too he-d in myself because I find myself getting super angry or depressed and competitive for no reason. Maybe that-s just my nature; I-m a competitive person. I hate wasting time and I want to use this lockdown period as an opportunity to come out as a better version.

Thanks for sharing! Having babies in your 30s or 40s is the norm now so don-t feel rushed. Obviously get your health and your husband-s health checked out to make sure you are on the right track to have kids now or later. Concentrate on improving your mental, emotional, physical health, & financial situation so you are as ready as you can be before baby arrives. I had my first child (son) when I was 37 & second child (daughter) at 39 all through the help of IVF. So just relax and appreciate each moment... at least before the sleepless nights begin lol!

I didn't have my first child until I was 31 years old and because you can freeze your eggs people are having their children in their late thirties early forties, so do not feel bad you are being really sensible. I have a son with high functioning autism even though he is brilliant the school system wasn't so parenthood is something you really need to be prepared for as you don't know what will happen. Oh Gilmore Girls is a brilliant show!!!

Love your honest in every video... also I love the almond butter cookies you made before SO MUCH and I know I will love these too! Just started a new job after not working for 7 months! I felt retired which was nice but I agree with you that having a job makes you feel more accomplished everyday and that you're -getting stuff done-. xxo

i thought i might leave a review on your recipe: I LOVE IT!!! Just as i love your cookies. Easy to make and although i used baking powder instead of baking soda the recipe worked out well! Might go nice too with some vanilla custard on cold days this winter :-) kind regards from Belgium!

Thank you for the sincere answers. Actually, I have been feeling lots of pressure from the society that i dont have kids yet. Im 35. Sometimes it mounts on me and i feel so down that time is running and i feel a failure as a result.
