Hello i am a dental assistant so you need 3 brushes first floss, then brush teeth, then brush the walls around the inside of mouth the top palet, so now u use tooth brush three for the tongue, i use a tooth brush use a soft one u brush under the tongue the soft area gently then u rinse then u gargle with warm H2O, then you wash your hands because all the spit from brushes gets in hands and face so this is all oral cleaning as you get older ur teeth will look kinda yellowish because really the real color of our bones are not actually white, their like creamy color

I bought a vanilla, strawberry and a flowery sweet body mist fron Victoria secret and thank u, next perfume. I often hear my friend say something smells bad but i dont think its me? Can it be that she smells or did something and says it to cover it up? I dont get it lol

guys. keeping hand cream and chapstick in your night stand and using them every day seems like such a small thing but makes all of the difference. also taking good care of your hair and nails.

all this fragrance in these products would make me very acne ridden lol. i can only use 1 spray of perfume on my clothes, too much scent can make other people feel nauseous as well
