So happy you didn't get a lot of tummy stretch marks, I have soooooo many lol. But my little boy is worth it! :D So glad you didn't tear a bunch, I tore super bad, and it hurt to sit down for like a week after giving birth. You're tougher than me lol. And breastfeeding is AWESOME! It helped me in so many ways, and it is still such a fun bonding time with my baby, so glad you're having so many benefits from it too.

I was the first born in my family, and my mama pushed so long that not only did the doctors offer to use a suction thingy to help get my head out (which for obvious reason my mama said no) but when I was born, I had what my family has affectionately nicknamed a -party hat- my head was cone shaped and bruised purple- they still tease me about it to this day (I-ll be 20 this coming October)

No one talks about the bleeding! I was bleeding 4 months postpartum and it was awful and heavy. In the hospital they ask if you want birth control, say no until you are done with your bleeding because it makes it so much worse!

16 weeks tomorrow, at my next appointment I will be able to find out the gender. I really appreciate your content and all of the mommas out there who have experienced this magical journey. Women are a blessing on their earth -

Once you start back working out your body will revert back to pre-baby. I have 3 children and made it a point to get my body back after each one. It-s totally not easy but it can be done.

Did you use any sort of massage down there with oils? Or any specific thing you did to reduce the chances of getting a tear
