In 2014 I went to a co-Ed volleyball camp in Hawaii. And let me tell you, I was in love there. Boys that were interested and dedicated to volleyball. Ugh, I was happy. But I was on my period during the camp. And in a rush I put a tampon in wrong and an hour later, I felt my spandex and couldn't tell if it was sweat or blood. So I run to the bathroom and surely, I have blood soaked spandex. So I have to grab my bag (we slept in the gym) with new spandex and a new tampon, I honestly hoped no one noticed but I'm sure me bringing my backpack to the bathroom covering my butt threw some red flags up.

Once in high school I started my period in the middle of class and didn't notice. One of my best friends (who is also a guy) walked up right behind me and tied his sweatshirt around my waist. Not knowing what was happening I asked what was going on and he whispered that I leaked through my pants and didn't want anyone to see. He has a sister a year younger than me so he was so cool about it. I don't think I ever thanked him enough. I was a total outcast in school and this definitely wouldn't have helped. So I totally understand you're embarrassment. Much love Tati

if it makes you feel better about bleeding though your pants, I once got my period overnight while I was sleeping naked with my boyfriend and I bled on him and his sheets I wanted to cry I was so embarrassed but thankfully I have the most amazing boyfriend in the entire world and he just brought me tampons, threw the clothes and stuff in the wash, gave me a hug and a kiss on the forehead and asked me if I needed any midol for my cramps haha he was like hey it's fine, you're a person. This happens to people with uteruses, it's fine you don't need to be embarrassed

I started my heavy flow period (this was pre-birth control) in first period biology. The building is separated from the rest of the classes for sake of smells, and so the teacher never lets the students go to the restroom. I felt it start. Bled enough to go through two supers so enough to go through jeans and onto the chair. Thank god my friend had a sweatshirt i could use to walk to the nurse, my mom took me home and i had to shower and change completely, missing two and a half more classes. Had to toss those jeans because they were lightwash. Blessed.

One time in middle school i was afraid to tell my teacher i needed an emergency bathroom break (he was a rule nazi and would interrogate you. I thought i could get away with a bit a bleed through as i was wearing black pants, no big deal right? Im pretty sure my uterus saw that thought as a challenge. How much blood does it take to show up through black pants? A LOT. To my absolute embarrassment by the time class was over I looked like i murdered someone with my thighs. Just took their head and went SMOOSH. Dont trust black pants. Or uteruses.

I've bled through at work the month after I used my last spare tampon at work so I was stuck there for hours using toilet paper to keep the bleeding at bay. That's not the only time but definitely the worst. Oh did I mention I was wearing white pants Yeah, great day in my life. And your ears aren't big But I know I have my insecurities too so I understand but I don't understand anyone of the viewers making comments about it, how rude Put them on camera and I'm sure we could pick on them for something too and see how they like it

bananas are amazing for cramps i swear buy them I get really bad cramps to the point they make me physically sick no pain killers work but 2 bananas and poof no cramps. I bled through my light blue jeans in high school i didn't notice my guy best friend did and he hugged me from the behind and wrapped his jumper round my waist at the same time I was like whats up and he whispered in my ear you've leaked no one saw but me I didn't want you to be embarrassed

the first time i went to my boyfriends house i started my period while i was sitting on his couch and i got up to meet his mom but instead i stood up to see a puddle of blood everywhere. he's a blessing though because he got me a pair of pajama pants, boxers, his mom went to the store and picked up tampons (she was out as well) and he made me some tea and let me take a shower and lay down and be comfy. i'm still with him to this day

Reveal the Aztec clay mask I've used it over the years and it does wonders to my skin You can also use it in any place you have pain and will help relieve pain as well. But most importantly I had bad acne growing up.
