Tati, you should consider doing the G. A. P. S. Diet that focuses on eating a very high protein or plant based diet. You go through like a cleansing period where you drink chicken stock for about a week to help heal your gut, flush out all the toxins, and replenish all the good Flora that may have been previously damaged In your stomach. And then you slowly start adding back in good and nutritious food that works for what you can eat. There are so many options for diets now, and I would say that if you come up as being gluten intolerant, it can definitely help for you to change your diet and switch to a good gluten free diet. I'd suggest cup 4 cup as an all purpose gluten free substitute for any baking or cooking recipes. You said you were struggling with migraines, and believe it or not but my family struggles with chronic migraines and she says that when she stopped eating gluten her headaches lessened. Eliminating sugar, while very daunting to add to the list, may also benefit ur head

Hey Tati so two things 1) my friend had those same tests done and had the same results and for 3 years did that diet until she found out that the test results were false positives. She found out that there are some laboratories that have a tendency to give out false positive/negatives. You have to look into the labs that are running your test results to make sure that there good. And 2) I am gluten and dairy free because I have Lyme disease and technically I am suppose to be sugar free also but I don't know if that will ever happen. Anyways There are a lot of options nowadays that are gluten and dairy free so you can survive and find good food it's just more expensive and takes more time. So if you believe your test results and your doctor go for it. However you may want to figure out what is behind the change in your body and why you are all of a sudden allergic to so many different things. Hope this helps.

try eating more veggies, and fruit, loke potatoes, and hearty stuff, you'll still be able to make lots of different things, so you will have variety, but I'm allergic to gluten, and dairy as well. it makes me feel like crap too, I just get stomach aches, and head aches a lot when I eat it, but I promise there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and there are gluten free breads, so no worries there. just think potatoes, there are so many meals you can make with potatoes, and I don't know if you're a vegetarian or not, but potatoes and meats make lots of meals. you can even just fry up some potatoes, and sick done ham in it, and done peppers and onions and it's delicious. silk is a great milk. the light almond tastes like regular milk, and the regular almond is delicious for just drinking. just keep your head up. :) need more advice, I'm here: )

Hey Tati Okay, so my brother was allergic to eggs, diary, gluten, and all type of nuts for about 7 years of his life. He has out-grown the gluten and egg allergy, but diary still irritates his skin. Anyways, we would get all of our Groceries at Whole Foods. My brother would eat granola and milk for breakfast, we would buy rice milk, diary free, gluten free, peanut free chocolate, and cookies, and they actually have a lot of products that are diary and gluten free that are really really good Meat, fruit, vegetables, and some gluten free pastas were pretty much all he could eat. He did this from about age 3 to age 10. So if he can do it, you can definitely do it Discovering how many amazing food items there are out there that don't contain eggs, gluten, or diary, is actually pretty amazing

A lot of doctors insist that you can't actually determine food allergies with blood tests, so it's likely that you have sensitivities to a lot of these foods but not outright allergies. I do know that in some cases if you completely remove a sensitive food from your diet for a while the sensitivity can go into a sort of remission, and you can slowly reintroduce it into your diet in small amounts. Also, with the sensitivity to dairy, it's probably only a sensitivity to dairy made from cow's milk, so things like goat cheese and other kinds of dairy (even some kinds of cow's milk cheese, like mozzarella, are known to be much less triggering that other kinds) are likely fine for you to eat.

Food allergy tip: learn how to make Indian food at home A lot of the flours used aren't wheat-based (gram flour is your friend, and the dairy is incredibly easy to replace with soya milk/yogurt and vegetable oil, and that's when the creamier sauces aren't coconut milk- or cashew-based. There's a bit of a learning curve if you've never tried before, but any Indian grocery will have mixes and sauces pre-made to help beginners and those short on time. Uttapam with coconut chutney is a great place to start, since it's kind of like making pancakes. Failing that, palak and saag dishes are also very easy. Hope this helps

Personally I think la prairie foundations oxidizes easily, I hate that part, but the color and texture smell and how it effect the skin, I all love. The only 1 reason blocked me from repurchase is the oxidation part, especially in California. In the morning I was fresh and happy with my la prairie foundation before I step in my car to school. After I arrive my school parking lot I will see my face darker. It drives me crazy. No matter what primer or setting I use, nothing changed this. Hopefully Tati could help me out, cause we in the same county and have the same weather.

A plant based diet sounds like something you would need to check out? Not vegan by any means. You could eat mostly plant based foods but add in your favorite meats if you want. (So it's not full on plant based but pretty close) I tried being vegan but I was so tired and just felt crappy all the time. I tried eating more food I wasn't taking supplements. And it didn't do anything for me. I broke out all over (I know changing your diet could do that) so I stick with it for almost a year and nothing got better. I'm sure it's great for some but if you do it be cautious.

I'm allergic to a lot Tons of food allergies in my body xD Plus my body was basically attacking itself. But I went completely vegan with no soy of course It's the best decision I have ever made. Plus there is just something great about eating food that tastes how it is supposed to. I grew up in a totally different food world So switching wasn't hard for me since I love new food. It's going to be a process whatever you choose. Just take small steps. But best wishes on getting better And a better feeling road of your body
