Im so sad i didnt see this sooner. I messaged you long ago about the brow one on wish stealing your images on either this account or my prettyhandson acc or lisaharman acc (sorry i have a few accounts on youtube. I knew from watching the video prior that you didnt like the product that was why i knew for sure they stole it and i know you rarely work with companies. I know you have such a wonderful heart and get so stressed about what others think. You are amazing in every single way. All thosethatdont see that arent ones that we need to stress about in life unless we really really must. I support you You are incredible for all the hard work you do.

You should take legal action. If you don't want to do it for yourself, fine. You could really do a lot of good for creators who don't have the reach and resources you do. DMCA notices are fine if you actually have a copyright but they can be ignored. A DMCA is essentially a cease and desist. I can say from experience that I've ignored both with no consequences. I was within fair use bounds in both instances, but an internet service provider isn't going to pay attention to such details. They're going to ignore DMCAs that aren't backed up by a litigious organization. Lawyer up.

Unfortunately most people will try and take advantage of someone elses popularity like Tati. I understand she doesnt want to go through the hassle of lawyers and such but Tati sometimes you have to do these things to protect your image and name. Its not the greatest but sometimes you have to send a strong message that there are avenues and the right way to do things. Thank you for your videos I do enjoy them a lot. Im a rookie rookie at make up so love hearing what products you recommend.

Many people whose videos and images have lawyered up to get things taken down. If someone is being verbally abusive and refusing to comply with THE LAW, then sic the law on them Of course, Wish being in China, it won't work so much. While the prices on Wish LOOK good, it's stuff made in China with little regulation. Stolen designs, lead in the items, bugs in the shipping packaging. Yuck. See if TaoFlederMaus here on YT has the name of an attorney, he had footage stolen by a news station

I know you said you don't want to go so far as getting a lawyer, but I think you should. Clearly legal action is the only way you're going to get this issue resolved. It sounds like some of these companies don't see an issue in stealing your videos and images for profit, so lawyer up, girl. I'm terribly sorry you have to go through this, Tati. It's disgusting and horrible but hopefully your viewers will be able to know that you're telling the truth. Love you, Tati

A little late to the game commenting here but I just recently saw an add on Facebook for a long lasting liquid lip stain Focalure by Uvenux and I noticed they use a video of you being wowed but when I searched it here it was by a different product you used. I think it was the clear matte top coat that can be used on any lip stick (dont remember the name) but just FYI if you see this comment.

Really feel like you SHOULD do something about it. I know you are busy and feel like you dont have time to do anything about it but think about how many people are buying the products seeing a beautiful women using them in images or videos and thinking that its going to be a great product. Maybe ask Other youtubers what they do about situations like this and go from there.
