I'm new to makeup and can only get one makeup palette for now. I have no idea if I should get a warm palette or a neutral. I have an undertone between warm and neutral, kinda yellowish. I was wondering if it matters if I get a warm toned eyeshadow palette or a neutral.

im sorry but i didnt know there was a specific time of day for glitter i LOVE wearing glitter outside in the sun it shines so beautiful it really does. i love a sparkly look for the day time even to the beach thats what summer fun is all about

I LOVE how this look turned out You should play with crazy colours more often. I love wearing bright colours on the eyes but never really know how to pull it together. This was an awesome tutorial
