I love hearing about Brands that appreciate hearing all types of feedback even if it’s not the best feedback and they don’t immediately kick you off their PR list and events and will never speak to you again. CoughBenefit and Elf! (Love a lot of their products but they don’t like criticism)
As a consumer, we all have different needs when it comes to beauty, clothing, food, home decor etceverything can’t be perfect! I’ve always heard that Milk Makeup is really great with criticism and it’s nice to hear that urban decay is another brain that criticism and also great reviews from the content creators I trust.
Something that I have always loved about your yearly products for so many years is that the products you didn’t like you always mention other products that are great for you.
I’ve been wondering what is going on with GXVE Beauty I really enjoy a lot of their products but I haven’t seen anything new or anyone talking about them. I wonder if they are going to close in 2025 I know celebrity brands in general take a lot of backlash and I understand it but I love Gwen Stefani!
I love the Yearly Favorites and Fails of the year from the content creators I love, respect and trust. They are so helpful!
I kid you not the About Face foundation has been on everyone’s worst of beauty this year and all for the same reasons. (Apologies to those who love it, my best friend loves it)
I tried it. It was great for the first hour and then it looked terrible on me. I didn’t like the packaging.
There were a lot of products this year that had packaging where it was so hard to get the product out and the wand back in and the squeeze tip applicators were hard to use.
I really agreed with you on the products I bought this year. The Givenchy reformulated powder is probably my most disappointing product of the year. I loved the original powder so much! Keep the Talc in powder please and thank you! I have very sensitive skin.
I know first world problems, it sounds so privileged and weird to say about makeup but dang why did they do it I haven’t tried the Makeup by Mario yet but I plan to.
You are very knowledgeable! You do a lot of fails throughout the year which I appreciate. It saved me time and money but I really do enjoy the yearly duds and favorites!

Most beauty companies are removing talc because there are a lot of cases where the talc mines have been contaminated with asbestos, leading to mesothelioma in women. It’s part of the reason why Johnson and Johnson don’t make baby powders anymore. There are women as young as 40s who are being diagnosed with stage 3 or 4 mesothelioma. I know people are complaining about the performance but honestly, I rather be alive than dead no matter how good the powders make me look.

I must say, I don't understand the panic about talc. Cosmetics companies use a highly refined and purified talc in their products. It does not contain asbestos if it is certified asbestos-free. Companies are ruining their products and reputations for nothing. Sad!
Have you tried the Moira Set & Correct Loose Setting Powders They impart no 'glow', but do help refine the complexion. They have multiple three-color correcting and neutralizing combinations.

I too purchased Revlon Luminous Skin Tint on a Highly recommendation from another MUA and I can’t stand it as it Never dries down, and I have very dry more mature skin. It’s horrible for me. You look so pretty Tati. Great video. Wishing You and James a very Blessed, Fun Filled Christ Mas. Can’t wait to see what James got you for Xmas and you got him. You two need a new puppy or kitten in your lives. merry Christmas

ok I spent money on the RMS Lip Oil (I love RMS generally speaking) and it was a HUGE let down. that's too bad the wet n wild niacinamide tint didn't work out for you! despite having oily skin I've actually enjoyed using it. for me it's easy to blend, and it gives enough coverage to look even but doesn't look cakey. I have to be mindful to keep an eye on it so I can powder when it gets a little too shiny, but other than that it's a great foundation to use for the gym or on light makeup days.

Love that Revolution lip balm but ONLY the mocha color. The others are too vivid so go on patchy and gloopy. The mocha is the perfect everyday, concealer and mascara lip product. I think it is being discontinued so I have purchased every mocha I can find. I actually like the Tarte Maracuja balms, too. So minty!

These companies are just too lazy and cheap to actually test their talc for asbestos. I mean talc isn’t the problem, so just get out the asbestos. They change their products that people have loved for years and they think that is the way to go That’s crazy!

I liked the Fireworks mascara, but it was horrible to take off. I still love Lash Paradise. To me, you can't beat it. I didn't care for the UD Face Bond, but someone said to put it where you have a hard time keeping foundation on.

Let's add Wet and Wild's Lock N' Shine lip color and gloss to the list. So drying and the pigment flakes off after 2 seconds, never have i found a worse lip product. Thank you, Tati, you're wonderful, much love and appreciation, sug!

You need a small snow village or something on the shelves behind you for these holiday videos. Maybe a snow city with tall product bottles as skyscrapers with those tiny fairy lights woven in and around it. More holiday vibe: )

Great Video. OMG Tati. I tried that new technical thing of clicking on the GEAR and then on AUDIO TRACK and picking a different language just to see what your video would sound like in another language. FUN! LOL

I’m so glad someone else said what I felt about that maybelline firecracker mascara, I hated it! Nothing but clumps so my 14 yr old niece tried it and she LOVED it. go figure but I still say it’s a big NO!

I would have agreed on the Westman Atelier highlighter stick, until I started using it under my concealer. As a very fancy Aquaphor alternative it is amazing!
(But at first I was seriously pissed)

I like the Firework mascara BUT only as a second coat after a lengthening first coat of mascara. I find if I have already lengthened and separated them then it works pretty well to thicken them up
